Trade Committee Voting

Hey guys, quick message here to help Greg keep the league moving smoothly and prevent the majority of mixups that happen in these types of leagues.
Voting Tips:
1. Check the teams roster page and draft picks before you vote. If they are not updated then just make it known in the trade post and we can veto the trade and force the trade partners to get their shit together.
2. PLEASE do not just post PASS/VETO, I don't care how obvious or how small of a trade it is you need to put at least 1 easy sentence explaining your vote. You owe that to our league if you want to be a Trade Committee member.
3. And finally, PLEASE remember your job is not to dissect and analyze the trade, just because you think one team beat the other team up in a trade does not mean that you veto it. You veto a trade that is one sided in that it does not help one team OR you think the trade is one sided and one of the teams in the trade does not explain why they agreed to the trade in the trade post.
Thanks and if you ever want to know what not to do just look at the Jaguars/Raiders trade, we'll keep that as a reminder for when we look back to see how far we've come!
